Architectural Standards
Architectural guidelines and requirements for the construction and remodeling of structures on owners’ lots are contained in the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Easements, Charges and Liens for Bear Creek, A Conejos County Subdivision and in the Architectural Standards.
No new construction or remodeling may be commenced without submission of plans to the Architectural Review Committee and written approval.
